6 in-person sessions in London at Sāmya Studios Islington (online livestream for folks not in London, and recorded)
Twice monthly Sunday evening practice and check-in sessions
Printed study materials to be worked with throughout the year
Short audio recordings to support study
Optional in-person retreat December 11 - 14

2025 Online Practice Sessions: January 26 - February 16 & 23 - March 9 & 23 - April 6 & 20 - May 11 & 25 - June 15 & 29 - July 13 & 27 - August 10 & 31 - September 21 & 28 - October 12 & 26 - November 16 & 30 - December 7 & 28
8 - 9.30 pm UK time, recording available the next day.
Cost: £133/month payable by direct debit
